REVIEW

It was a fun, quick read that held my attention from the first page. I was intrigued by the past that Gray and Dylan shared and what had gone down between them to cause so much emotional turmoil. It was obvious that they were both torn between wanting to ignore their feelings versus taking the risk of heartache, again.

Dylan was carefree and fun. She lived by her own rules and she lived life to the fullest, instead of doing what everyone expected of her. She did seem happy, aside from her pining for Gray, and there was a childlike vulnerability to her that made her all the more likeable. She provided most of the entertainment on this fun road trip adventure, especially when she picked up a certain hitchhiker.

The relationships and interactions between characters made up a large part of why I really enjoyed this story. Dylan and Nick were a hoot. A little crazy and corny they made a great pair of BFFs. I also liked seeing Dylan and Gray interact in the beginning stages of this story. There was a distance between them, but they fell into old ways and habits quite easily, which just proved why they were so perfect for each other.

This was a superb read about finding love again, and realizing what is really important in life. I enjoyed getting to know Dylan and Gray and to go on this exciting road trip with them.
