Mosaic, the exciting conclusion to The Dragonfly series, coming June 30, 2014!
The future never goes as planned. People are never what they seem. Time changes everything.

So you want to know what happened to Anna and Julian? Well, listen up, because I’ve got the whole scoop. I’m Jules, btw, and I am an artist, as you already know if you’ve read Watercolor. What you might not know is I inherited my mother’s cute little newsy nose, thank you very much.

It’s high school reunion time, and everyone’s coming back to Fairview—everyone who’s not already there, mind you. What went wrong, who’s fault it was, and why the heck nobody knew about me... it’s all coming out.

Long-distance relationships rarely last, and a lot of water has passed under that bridge. Big Secrets will be exposed, and in the end we’ll know if that old saying is true: Love is stronger than time.

Review: Watercolor (Dragonfly #3) by Leigh T. Moore

Finishing senior year is supposed to be the best time in a person’s life.

Finishing senior year as Julian’s girlfriend should’ve been the icing on the cake.

Knowing the secret that could change everything for him is the only thing threatening to spoil it all.

Until Jack returns.

Anna and Julian are together at last, and it’s as hot and happy as they knew it would be. The only problem is The Secret.

And Jack.

But while Anna is determined to fight for the guy she loves, she could still lose Julian when he discovers the truth she’s been helping to hide.

REVIEW

Every time I think about the Dragonfly series, I get goose bumps! I feel so much a part of the lives of the characters in this series and I was super excited to get the chance to continue their journey with them in, Watercolor.

This book had all the drama and intrigue as the first two books, and my heart was in my throat the entire time as poor Anna had to navigate her new romance with Julian while fighting her feelings for Jack; also having to keep the huge secret that was revealed and finally confirmed in Undertow.

Could Julian get any more amazing? Well, the simple answer is - YES!! I fell in love with him all over again, and I still can't understand why Anna would be so hooked up on Jack when there's this gorgeous, caring guy, who wants her and only her; Although I was a little annoyed that he seemed to fall back into old, bad habits, namely Renee, when things fell apart with Anna. I think I actually did a little happy dance in the middle of my living room when he came knocking on Anna's window. Seriously, Julian needs to be cloned and given to every girl who's in, or ever has been in, a shitty relationship.

This book offered me everything I've come to love about these characters. Once again, Moore drew me in with her fantastic writing and the ability to move me to tears. I went through a vast range of emotions, but then that's something I've come to expect every time I pick up one of her books. I feel her words, and even though they sometimes leave me heartbroken, there's a beauty in her work that lifts me up and makes me believe in love again.

Exclusive excerpt

“I just want you to touch me.”

I took his hand and put it at my waist, under my shirt. I pressed my mouth to his and chills followed as his fingers slid lightly over my skin. I was drowning again and I reached over to find the edge of his jeans. I pulled up the soft fabric and lightly touched his bare stomach.

Suddenly he was gone. My lips were still in a pucker, and he was down at the water away from me. I watched as he stripped off his t-shirt and slipped out of his jeans before diving into the dark Gulf waters.

I fell forward, laying my head on my forearm in the sand. “I’m going to kill your parents,” I sighed.

GUEST POST
Five Things I Wish Someone Had Told Me Before I Hit Publish
by Leigh T. Moore

Hi, Roxy! Thanks so much for having me here again and for helping promote my new book Undertow!

Shew, that’s a big question you’ve asked up there—but it’s a great one!

I hit “publish” on my very first book, The Truth About Faking, in September 2012, and when I did, I expected to sell maybe 100 copies…

It’s a sweet young adult romance, a romantic comedy, that my former agent had sent to all the Big 6 publishers. They’d all kindly passed with compliments, and former agent actually told me I should self-publish it.

Based on that experience, I only expected my mom, my family, and a few of my closest friends to get it. Maybe some curious onlookers, some bookworms who stumbled across it on Amazon…

Since September, it’s sold about 40,000 copies. So yeah… I have a list—LOL!

#1-Expect the unexpected. In everything. Know that you do not know, and then do your best to learn. Fast. (LOL!)

#2-Don’t read the negative reviews. (But if you do, hop over and read the 1-star reviews for some of your favorite books.)

#3-Marketing your books never ends. (Or you’ll left behind in the tidal wave of new books coming out all the time. Think All About Eve—there’s always another one behind you.)

#4-Study traditional publishing release schedules. (Those guys have been doing this for ages. They know the best time to put out what type of book for maximum sellitude. I made up that word.)

#5-Realize you’re not traditional publishing and use it to your advantage. (Don’t be shackled by what they do. Indies are just that—independent. And we can try all sorts of things to reach readers. Think outside the box!)

Most of all, if anyone’s out there reading this and planning to or thinking about or actually self-publishing their books, try and have fun. Meet other writers, network.

Helping each other is the Indie Way, and if you’re not doing that, well, you’re in for a hard, lonely ride.

Good luck to everyone! Thanks so much for reading my books—I hope you LURV them!

Thank you, Leigh, for such an inspiring and informative Guest Post! It's always a pleasure to have you on my blog.

P.S. We LURV your books!! WE DO!!

See where it all began!!

Three bad things I learned this year:

-People you trust lie, even parents.

-That hot guy, the one who’s totally into you, he might not be the one.

-Things are not always how they appear.

Three good things I learned this year:

-Best friends are always there for you, even when they’re far away.

-That other hot guy, the one who remembers your birthday, he just might be the one.

-Oh, and things are not always how they appear.

Anna Sanders expected an anonymous (and uneventful) senior year until she crossed paths with rich-and-sexy Jack Kyser and his twin sister Lucy.

Pulling Anna into their extravagant lifestyle on the Gulf Coast, Lucy pushed Anna outside her comfort zone, and Jack showed her feelings she’d never experienced... Until he mysteriously withdrew.

Anna turned to her internship at the city paper and to her old attraction for Julian, a handsome local artist and rising star, for distraction. But both led to her discovery of a decades-old secret closely guarded by the twins’ distant, single father.

A secret that could permanently change all their lives.
